Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Analyst to conduct analytical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability samples, and microbiological samples. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Analytical Testing & Documentation:

• Perform routine analytical tests using designated laboratory equipment
• Accurately record and document test data in compliance with GMP & GLP guidelines
• Identify and report any deviations from specifications

✅ Instrument Maintenance & Calibration:

• Assist in the calibration and qualification of laboratory instruments
• Coordinate with service engineers for instrument troubleshooting

✅ Method Validation & QMS Coordination:

• Assist in the validation and transfer of analytical methods
• Initiate and coordinate Quality Management System (QMS) documents with cross-functional teams

✅ Laboratory & Safety Compliance:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
• Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality guidelines

✅ Report & Documentation Preparation:

• Prepare analytical documents, master lists, and standardizations for reagents and working standards
• Maintain records such as ATR, COA, history cards, trend reports, calibration reports, and stock records

✅ Training & Coordination:

• Manage training-related activities for quality control processes

Qualifications & Skills Required:

???? Educational Requirements:
???? Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field

???? Skills:
✔ Knowledge of GMP & GLP guidelines
✔ Ability to operate analytical instruments
✔ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
✔ Problem-solving and analytical mindset
