Role Overview:

As a Quality Auditing Analyst in the Trust & Safety - Quality Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with content moderation policies and quality standards. Your role will involve auditing content, analyzing trends, and providing feedback to enhance content safety across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Content Moderation Audits – Review and analyze user profiles, images, videos, text, and audio to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
✔ Policy Enforcement – Ensure compliance with defined content moderation policies and provide timely insights to improve process efficiency.
✔ Quality Assurance – Conduct quality checks, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain detailed reports on moderation effectiveness.
✔ Training & Coaching – Provide feedback to moderators, conduct training sessions, and drive process improvement initiatives.
✔ Escalation Management – Handle escalations, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and suggest corrective actions for content violations.
✔ Collaboration – Work closely with operations teams, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality moderation.

What We Are Looking For:

???? Education: Any Graduation
???? Experience: 3 to 5 years in Content Moderation, Quality Assurance, or Trust & Safety roles
???? Technical Skills:
    ✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
    ✔ Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and areas for improvement
???? Soft Skills:
    ✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills for coaching and feedback sessions
    ✔ Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess content quality objectively
    ✔ Ability to manage stress and handle sensitive content in an unbiased manner
