Role Overview:

The Trust & Safety team at ByteDance works to safeguard our online community. As a Content Quality Analyst - Sinhalese, you will review and audit content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and maintain platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Perform daily system audits, error analysis, and provide weekly feedback on content moderation quality.
✔️ Review and assess content to ensure it aligns with safety and community standards.
✔️ Analyze appeals from moderation teams and generate detailed reports.

What You Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

???? Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data trends.
???? Proficiency in Sinhalese language (reading, writing, and comprehension).
???? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle daily challenges.
???? Emotional resilience and commitment to self-care in handling sensitive content.

Preferred Qualifications:

???? Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role within Content Moderation, Content Quality, or Trust & Safety.
???? Experience in BPO, call center, or customer support environments.
