Job Description – Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee the production process from start to finish
✔️ Develop and implement plans to meet production goals and deadlines
✔️ Manage a team of production supervisors and workers
✔️ Schedule and coordinate production activities for maximum efficiency
✔️ Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly
✔️ Ensure the quality of end products meets customer expectations
✔️ Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
✔️ Maintain accurate records of production data and costs

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Experience:
✔️ Metal fabrication – 3 years (Required)
✔️ Production management – 3 years (Preferred)
✔️ Total work experience – 6 years (Required)

Salary & Benefits:
