Job Overview

We are seeking a conscientious, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to support backend, non-voice business processes.

Key Responsibilities

???? Profile Review & Customer Support

Review user profiles to ensure compliance with our code of conduct and terms of service.
Communicate any violations or required edits to users.
Respond to user inquiries and complaints clearly and patiently.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services and policies.

???? User Engagement & Retention

Preserve our customer base by proactively promoting the value of our services.
Track user feedback and assist in updating the Help Center.
Work closely with the Customer Support Manager to resolve user issues efficiently.

???? Process & Workflow Optimization

Ensure a consistent tone and approach in responding to users via email and live chat.
Stay updated with training, policies, and procedural updates.
Work with management to improve processes, tools, and reduce overall tickets.
Assist in transforming business visions into reality by improving workflow efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

???? Education: No college degree required – freshers are welcome!
???? Experience: No prior experience necessary (preference for customer-facing roles).
???? Language: Basic English proficiency (regional language fluency is a plus).
???? Tech Skills: Familiarity with web technology & CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
