Job overview :
We are seeking a data-driven and proactive Jr Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. Youll play a key role in executing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels to drive growth and improve ROI. Experience with Amazon Ads is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Support keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy creation.
• Assist in running A/B tests on creatives, ad formats, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-performing ad visuals and messaging.
• Track KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices.
• Exposure to Amazon Ads or a willingness to learn is a bonus

.Requirements:

• 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and attribution models.
• Comfortable working with data and tools like Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals under supervision.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
