Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing, planning, and optimizing paid search campaigns. The role requires strategic thinking, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to exceed client revenue goals through innovative campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:

  • Manage all aspects of client paid search campaigns from inception to execution with a focus on analytics.
  • Maintain and optimize large ad budget portfolios across various paid search platforms.

• Strategy & Planning:

  • Quickly adjust budgets, advertising plans, and strategies based on new paid channels to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and operational teams to continuously optimize ad copy, design, landing page performance, remarketing strategies, audience targeting, and keyword alignment.

• Optimization & Performance:

  • Measure campaign performance and make real-time optimizations by setting goals and conducting campaign tests.
  • Perform extensive keyword research, expansion, and analysis for all clients.

• Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Build and maintain relationships with paid advertising partners (Google, Bing, etc.) to integrate new strategies and initiatives for clients.
  • Create engaging paid search campaigns that grow audiences, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales.

• Data Analysis:

  • Monitor campaign success through platform analytics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Analyze workload and predict resource requirements based on project complexity and deadlines.

• Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct research to understand client business objectives and analyze the competition.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in paid search marketing and campaign management (Preferred).
• Skills:
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Proficient in keyword research, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and analytics.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in creating high-performance paid campaigns that increase brand awareness and sales.

Technical Proficiency:

• Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and resource forecasting.
