Role Overview: P&C Services Advisor

As a P&C Services Advisor, you will play a crucial role in:
✅ Assisting employees with complex HR queries
✅ Coaching other advisors and fostering their professional growth
✅ Managing relationships with HR and business teams
✅ Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function

Key Responsibilities

✔ Employee Support & Case Management

• Apply employment law and BP policies to resolve complex, sensitive, and exceptional queries, complaints, and incidents with judgment and empathy.
• Utilize customer relationship management tools and case management best practices.
• Participate in live channel interactions to assist the team.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and centers of expertise to ensure effective case resolution.

✔ Coaching & Stakeholder Engagement

• Mentor People Care Advisors to improve employee experiences.
• Represent the Employee Advisory team in discussions with PC&C’s internal stakeholders.
• Influence and integrate insights across stakeholder groups to drive business impact.

✔ Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain the internal knowledge base and create resources to support HR best practices.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., quality assurance, policy updates).
• Use data insights and trends to enhance team performance, training, and processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
✔ 2–5 years in a shared services HR environment
✔ 1+ year of coaching experience (preferred)
✔ HR generalist/practitioner experience
✔ Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands
