Job Responsibilities:

✅ Initiate outbound sales calls to qualified leads and explain program benefits
✅ Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and address objections
✅ Guide potential students through the enrollment process with exceptional customer service
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
✅ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports
✅ Stay informed about industry trends in diabetes management
✅ Work closely with the enrollment team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
✅ Convert leads into enrolled students using strong closing skills

Requirements:

✔ Proven track record in outbound sales (healthcare/wellness industry preferred but not mandatory)
✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (additional Indian languages are a plus)
✔ Empathetic and persuasive approach to sales
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to meet/exceed sales goals
✔ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
✔ Comfortable working independently & remotely
✔ Salary + Commission based role with performance-based bonuses
