We are seeking an experienced Client Acquisition & Relationship Manager to address HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients and assist them in achieving their short-term and long-term investment goals. The ideal candidate will leverage exclusive financial products, superior service delivery, and strategic relationship management to maximize client portfolio growth.

???? Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

✅ Address HNI clients for investment solutions, offering a range of financial products, including:

• Debt products
• Structured investments
• Equities
• Mutual Funds
• Fund-based Real Estate investments
  ✅ Acquire and manage a portfolio of High Net Worth Exclusive (HNI) clients.
  ✅ Profile customers and provide personalized financial solutions based on their investment needs.
  ✅ Strengthen relationships by cross-selling broking services and products aligned with client needs.
  ✅ Increase share of wallet & profitability by expanding engagement with existing clients.
  ✅ Ensure a high-income per customer portfolio.
  ✅ Acquire new clients through cross-referrals and industry networking.

Marketing & Business Development

✅ Assist in the development & execution of marketing strategies for client acquisition in the corporate sector.
✅ Build and expand a portfolio by targeting B2C & B2B clientele.
✅ Support Head RM in conducting micro-events to acquire new clients.
✅ Identify & onboard new accounts within the corporate group.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (research, investment, and compliance) to ensure accurate & compliant investment solutions for clients.

Financial & Product Expertise

✅ Ensure profitability & revenue generation from client portfolios.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to guide clients effectively.

???? Required Qualifications & Experience

???? Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
???? Experience:
✔ Proven experience in wealth management, financial sales, or HNI relationship management.
✔ Strong expertise in financial products, investments, and portfolio management.
✔ Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored investment solutions.
