Position: Online UX/UI Designer

Houston Gifted Consultancy is seeking a skilled and innovative Online UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will design and develop interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating them into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the brand’s vision and user-centered approach.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and consistency across platforms.
• Perform usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively improve designs.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative and cutting-edge designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members, including product managers, developers, and content creators, to align designs with overall project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, including usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs for various devices and screen sizes.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous web and mobile application design work.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design (freelance or full-time roles).
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks is a plus.
