We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our healthcare recruitment department as Telecallers / Telesales Executives.

This is a target-based role that requires exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

???? Make outbound calls to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and candidates.
???? Promote Global Foreign Service's healthcare recruitment services and explain the benefits to potential clients.
???? Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients and healthcare professionals.
???? Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into successful placements or clients.
???? Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets to contribute to the company's growth.
???? Gather feedback from clients and candidates to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
???? Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.
???? Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
???? Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.

Requirements

✅ Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or telesales with a track record of achieving targets.
✅ Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil/Hindi/Malayalam preferred).
✅ Knowledge of the healthcare industry or prior experience in healthcare recruitment is an advantage.
✅ Strong negotiation abilities to convert leads into clients or successful placements.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with resilience and self-motivation.
✅ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Education & Experience

???? Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
???? Experience:

• Healthcare recruitment: 1 year (Preferred).
• Telesales: 1 year (Preferred).
• Total work experience: 1 year (Preferred).
