Key Responsibilities

2. AI Model Training & Evaluation

✔ Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy and clarity.
✔ Compare, rank, and improve AI responses based on evaluation metrics.
✔ Collaborate with the team to refine prompt engineering for better AI comprehension.

3. Data Annotation & Quality Control

✔ Ensure data consistency and quality to optimize AI training efficiency.
✔ Identify and correct biases or errors in AI-generated responses.

4. Continuous Improvement & Research

✔ Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and subject-specific topics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Master’s degree in any of the mentioned subjects or a related field.
✔ Ph.D. holders or research scholars are highly preferred.
✔ 1+ years of experience in teaching, tutoring, or content development.
✔ Prior experience in LLM training, AI tutoring, or data annotation (preferred but not mandatory).
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and command of subject concepts.
✔ Familiarity with computational tools like LaTeX, Python, MATLAB, Wolfram Alpha (preferred).
✔ Basic knowledge of AI, machine learning, or NLP is a plus.
✔ Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
✔ Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
