About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to manage and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Process customer orders accurately using order management systems
✔️ Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
✔️ Communicate order status, shipment details, and delivery updates to customers
✔️ Resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, and delivery delays in collaboration with the team
✔️ Maintain accurate records of customer orders and transactions
✔️ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support
✔️ Identify process improvements to enhance order management workflows
✔️ Adhere to SLAs and performance metrics for order processing and fulfillment
✔️ Manage end-to-end order processing, including quotes, rejections, and status updates

Requirements:

✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel
✔️ Experience with Oracle and CRM (Preferred, not required for freshers)
✔️ Comfortable working night shifts (US Shift)
✔️ Willing to work from office (No Work from Home option)
