Job Title: Cost Accountant – Remote

Company Overview

We specialize in B2B order fulfillment for beauty products, helping retailers streamline their supply chain. We are seeking a Cost Accountant to analyze and track manufacturing costs, conduct variance analysis, and provide management with valuable insights to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

???? Cost Analysis & Variance Reporting

• Analyze cost data related to raw materials, labor, and overhead
• Investigate cost variances and propose corrective actions

???? Inventory & Financial Management

• Monitor and reconcile inventory levels
• Ensure accurate costing for finished goods & work-in-progress
• Handle AP & AR (vendor payments & accounts receivable)

???? Customer Invoicing & Documentation

• Prepare customer invoices and specific documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of goods

???? Cost Reduction & Bookkeeping

• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping for tax submissions

Key Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting/Finance or related field)
✅ 2+ years experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or inventory management
✅ Strong MS Excel & analytical skills
✅ Excellent written & verbal business English
✅ Proficiency in project management tools
✅ Typing speed: 45+ WPM

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

✔ SAP ERP, Tally, QuickBooks
✔ Manufacturing Process & Cost Accounting
