Key Responsibilities

???? Recruitment Supervision: Oversee recruiters to optimize candidate sourcing and placement.
???? Performance Monitoring: Track recruiter performance, provide training, and ensure compliance.
???? Client Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high service standards.
???? Business Growth: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand business.
???? Workforce Planning: Ensure timely fulfillment of job orders and workforce needs.
???? Reporting & Compliance: Track key metrics, generate reports, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

✔️ Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
✔️ Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment or staffing supervision.
✔️ Skills:

• Strong leadership & team management.
• Excellent communication & client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software & MS Office.
