To manage and ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and superior customer service in a company-owned Vodafone Idea retail store.

???? Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Sales:

• Achieve targets across all product lines (Voice – Postpaid/Prepaid, Data, VAS, Handsets).

• Ensure and maintain the quality of acquisitions through the store.

Revenue Generation:

• Meet revenue goals for the store.

• Increase revenue per footfall by assisting customers in purchasing decisions.

Return on Investment (RoI):

• Achieve store profitability targets.

• Minimize shrinkage (unidentified losses) and pilferage (wastage).

Customer Service:

• Reduce churn rate and enhance customer satisfaction for walk-in clients.

Store Operations:

• Adhere to store-level processes including documentation and system protocols.

• Maintain infrastructure and ensure store upkeep.

• Manage stock availability and adhere to inventory norms.

• Ensure correct placement of promotional materials and product displays.

Marketing & Branding:

• Execute store-level marketing and branding initiatives.

• Ensure availability of fliers and POS branding materials.

• Resolve any channel-specific issues promptly.
