Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer needs, ensuring excellent service, retaining clients, converting prospects, and assisting members in finding suitable partners.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Customer Onboarding:

• Welcome new customers and create a detailed Member Profile.

✔️ Understanding Customer Needs:

• Identify customer expectations, preferences, and uniqueness.

✔️ Member Engagement & Matchmaking:

• Search, screen, shortlist, and initiate meetings between members.
• Facilitate successful connections and create positive matchmaking stories.
• Maintain strong rapport with members, ensuring quality service delivery.

✔️ Customer Retention & Follow-Up:

• Manage an assigned customer portfolio with proactive engagement.
• Conduct robust follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
