Job Summary

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Digital Green, you will play a key role in developing intelligent solutions for real-world agricultural challenges, focusing on our farmer.chat platform.

Your primary responsibilities will be to design and manage machine learning pipelines, working with multi-modal datasets (text, voice, images) to build conversational AI tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and scalability of data processing, model training, and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

???? Data Pipeline Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines to process multi-modal agricultural datasets (text, voice, images).

• Build end-to-end pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.

• Optimize pipeline performance, ensuring low latency and reliable data flow.

???? Machine Learning & Deployment:

• Assist in developing scalable deployment pipelines to integrate ML models into production systems.

• Ensure continuous delivery and monitoring of ML models through CI/CD frameworks.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve pipeline-related issues.

???? NLP & Data Science Solutions:

• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques (e.g., language modeling, text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and machine translation) to enhance AI solutions.

• Support data integrity through robust ETL processes and data quality assurance.

???? Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:

• Document processes and share knowledge to build team capabilities in pipeline management.

• Work cross-functionally to align ML solutions with organizational goals and project objectives.

Qualifications

???? Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

????️ Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in building and managing data/ML pipelines.

• Familiarity with tools like Apache Airflow, MLflow, or similar pipeline orchestration frameworks.

• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data quality assurance, and pipeline optimization.

???? Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

• Understanding of NLP techniques for text analysis and machine translation.

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, PySpark) and databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
