About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for:

✔ Updating the UK team daily on delivered orders.
✔ Tagging daily delivered orders and maintaining records.
✔ Analyzing delivery routes using Google Maps.
✔ Data analysis and generating daily/weekly reports.
✔ Effectively communicating with the UK team and addressing their inquiries.
✔ Addressing operational issues and ensuring company growth through strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Skills Required

✅ High level of proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✅ Excellent email writing and communication skills (Required).
✅ At least 2 years of experience in logistics (Preferred).
✅ Ability to manage operational issues efficiently.

Technical Requirements

???? PC with two functional monitors (A second monitor will be provided if needed).
???? Stable internet connection (Fiber or Wi-Fi required).
???? Updated Windows operating system.
???? Dedicated home office setup.
