Job Responsibilities

• Generate group loans by traveling to assigned on-field locations.
• Conduct marketing activities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory (urban, semi-urban, and rural areas) to meet potential customers.
• Educate customers about loan terms, eligibility criteria, repayment schedules, and other relevant information.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Preferred).
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Ability to educate and guide customers about loan processes.
