Your Mission
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will build the next-generation Paradox App, a state-of-the-art AI-driven learning platform designed to handle large-scale cohorts while delivering an unmatched user experience.
Your 5 Key Responsibilities
1 | Build & Innovate
- Develop new features that enhance the Paradox App and revolutionize online learning.
- Implement AI-driven functionalities for personalized learning.
- Continuously test, iterate, and push boundaries to improve performance and usability.
- Work cross-functionally to incorporate feedback and implement new ideas rapidly.
2 | Scalability & Performance
- Ensure the application can handle thousands of users simultaneously with speed and reliability.
- Optimize infrastructure costs without compromising performance.
- Implement CDN and caching strategies to improve load times globally.
3 | Design with the User in Mind
- Build beautiful, efficient, and intuitive user interfaces.
- Rapidly prototype and refine user experiences based on feedback.
- Integrate AI-powered automation to improve interactions.
4 | Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving
- Investigate and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless user journey.
- Analyze recurring problems and implement proactive solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to maintain system stability and efficiency.
5 | Collaboration & Communication
- Actively participate in tech architecture discussions.
- Provide and seek constructive feedback to refine development processes.
- Use Agile frameworks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Who You Are
Must-Have Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in Full-Stack Development or Lead Development.
- 3+ years of expertise in TypeScript & React.js.
- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for sleek, responsive designs.
- A strong AI mindset, actively incorporating AI into development workflows.
- Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Personality Traits
- Problem-solver who thrives on challenges.
- Detail-oriented: Clean code is your signature.
- Autonomous & proactive: You don’t just execute—you bring ideas to the table.
- Eager to learn and improve continuously.
