Position Overview:

Bath Decor is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant for its sanitary retail showroom in Dehradun. The role involves assisting customers, providing product knowledge, handling sales transactions, and managing basic computer tasks such as invoicing and sales record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance:

   • Greet and assist customers in selecting sanitary products based on their needs.

   • Provide product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.

2. Showroom Management:

   • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom.

3. Sales Transactions:

   • Process sales transactions and manage basic sales records.

   • Address customer inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

4. Business Contribution:

   • Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the showroom’s growth.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
