Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruitment experience
✔ 3+ years of IT recruitment experience
✔ Strong experience in hiring diverse candidates
✔ Exceptional negotiation, assessment, and interviewing skills
✔ Ability to work night shifts and weekends when required
✔ Must have at least 3-4 years of continuous experience with one company

Compensation & Benefits
