Job Responsibilities

• Training & Student Development:

  • Impart training on Advanced Excel and related domains.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct mock interviews and provide interview coaching.
  • Assign and evaluate coursework, homework, and tests.
  • Groom students for job readiness and career opportunities.

• Student Engagement & Support:

  • Identify and counsel underprivileged youths for training programs.
  • Encourage and track individual student growth.
  • Assist students in resume building and job placement.
  • Provide academic guidance and motivation.

• Additional Responsibilities:

  • Travel to remote areas when required.
  • Take on additional tasks based on organizational needs.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
✅ Experience:

• 1 year in teaching (Preferred)
• 1 year in Advanced Excel Training (Preferred)
• 1 year in total work experience (Preferred)
  ✅ Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Advanced Excel
• Computer literate
  ✅ Languages:
• English (Preferred)
• Odia & Hindi (Desired)
  ✅ Relocation/Commute: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
