Job Overview

Strada is seeking an Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Boomi or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) and a passion for delivering excellence in cloud-based HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integration & Implementation

✔ Gain expertise in Boomi, SCPI, and PtP (ECP) technologies.
✔ Onboard new customers and support technical solution adaptation.
✔ Develop and implement new interfaces and solutions.
✔ Conduct unit tests and system integration tests to ensure performance.

2. Customer Support & Maintenance

✔ Participate in customer requirement discussions and provide technical support.
✔ Monitor processes to ensure 100% transaction success.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SLAs with high customer satisfaction.
✔ Maintain accurate and up-to-date interface documentation.
✔ Assist clients in interface functionality and deployment.

3. Collaboration & Risk Management

✔ Work with cross-functional Strada teams to deliver client projects.
✔ Manage customer micro-activities (priorities, releases, SFTP, change requests, meetings).
✔ Identify potential risks and report them to leadership (SDM, TL).
✔ Maintain clear communication with your Team Lead on issues, risks, and escalations.

Mandatory Requirements

✅ Technical Expertise:

• Knowledge of Boomi, SCPI, or PtP (ECP).
• Experience with Database Management, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, HTML5 (a plus).
• Understanding of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors (a plus).

✅ Soft Skills & Professionalism:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a virtual, collaborative team environment.
• A high level of customer focus to ensure satisfaction.
• Flexibility and patience in a dynamic/challenging work environment.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Desirable Qualifications

✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
✔ Experience in Cloud Solutions & Project Management:

• Hands-on experience managing multiple projects (preferably Cloud-based solutions).
  ✔ Technical Knowledge in:
• Boomi, SCPI, WebMethods.
• HR-related technologies (as a generalist or in a technical role).
