Job Summary

We are looking for Freshers and Experienced (up to 1 year) professionals with excellent communication skills in English to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, engage with international clients, and drive sales growth in IT/cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Identify potential leads through cold calls, webinars, emails, and phone inquiries.

  • Develop qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and industry trends.

• Sales & Client Relationship Management:

  • Sell IT/cloud solutions to international clients by understanding their needs.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by offering business consultation.

  • Offer support, information, and guidance to clients while identifying new opportunities.

• Team Collaboration & Training:

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to team success.

  • Assist in training and mentoring new joiners.

• Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business opportunities.

  • Utilize MS-Excel and MS Word for documentation and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any graduate (preferred).

• Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome.

  • 1 year of experience in sales (preferred).

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and soft skills.

  • Knowledge of MS-Excel and MS Word.

  • Ability to identify and develop business opportunities.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a solution-based sales approach.
