Position: Import Operation and Customer Service Executive
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Shift & Schedule: Day shift

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle import operations for Air/Sea shipments (combination preferred).
• Manage billing and accounting processes related to import activities.
• Negotiate with forwarders and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Coordinate with overseas forwarders and organize shipments based on sales/purchase data.
• Issue shipping instructions and arrange forex payments.
• Track shipments, verify documents, and coordinate customs clearance and payments.
• Provide monthly reports.
• Demonstrate strong pricing knowledge and negotiation skills with shipping lines and airlines.
• Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) and project cargo pricing.
• Manage overseas assignments business and freehand business operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience (required).
  • 1 year of customer service experience (required).
• Languages:
  • English (required).
  • Hindi (required).
• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (required).
