Apple is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Compliance Manager to oversee and manage our compliance programs, policies, and procedures. This role ensures that the organization complies with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while promoting a culture of compliance and employee well-being. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in employment law, HR best practices, and organizational policy management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR compliance policies and procedures in line with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent application of compliance standards across all departments.
• Provide training and resources to employees and management on compliance-related topics, including workplace safety, anti-discrimination laws, and data privacy.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and update company policies accordingly.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints, ensuring fair and ethical resolutions.
• Maintain and manage compliance records, reports, and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Serve as the primary contact for compliance-related inquiries and external audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA).
• Proven experience in HR compliance, policy management, or a related field (5+ years preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and compliance management software.
• Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR compliance or related roles.
• Experience in managing compliance projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
• Flexible working hours with remote work options available.
• Occasional need to attend meetings or training sessions outside standard hours.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and risk management.
