Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with company goals and compliance standards.
• Address employee relations issues, resolve concerns, and manage conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage employee development programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and attendance tracking.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.
• Plan and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop organizational strategies and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR compliance is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility may be required during peak periods or for urgent matters.
