Role Overview: Systems & Tools Advisor

As a Systems & Tools Advisor, you will be responsible for managing continuous improvements of HSE&C systems (such as IRIS, OneCSR, or CTM) from prioritization to product release.

You will act as a key liaison between Digital teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of system enhancements, training, and organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

✔ System & Process Improvements

• Manage user stories related to HSE&C system enhancements from prioritization to release.
• Define business context, risks, and user story value to support prioritization decisions.
• Participate in technical stand-ups, sprint reviews, planning meetings, and change review boards.
• Ensure system enhancements and defect fixes are validated and tested before deployment.

✔ Business Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Represent business needs in the design and delivery phase.
• Engage user groups to gather design input and present demos.
• Support ad hoc projects (e.g., Divestment activities, UX/UI collaborations with Design teams).

✔ Training & Change Management

• Conduct change impact assessments and oversee the execution of organizational change initiatives.
• Keep process maps and workflows updated for the Support teams.
• Provide regular updates on user story progress via Community of Practice calls and lead discussions.

✔ Technical & Operational Support

• Assist technical teams in identifying best delivery options and dependencies.
• Ensure HSSE event recording, reporting, and compliance requirements are met.
• Work with teams on incident management, risk management, and audit management best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a relevant field
✔ 5–7 years of experience in HSE&C systems, risk management, environmental compliance, or incident management
✔ 7–10 years of overall professional experience

Preferred Certifications & Skills

???? Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)

• HSE SAP HANA S4
• ServiceNow
• Power BI
• Agile or Scrum Training

???? Technical Expertise

• Experience with SAP applications, Business Objects, Power BI, SharePoint, O365, Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and ServiceNow (Ticket Management)
• Experience in a DevOps or Agile environment
• Ability to analyze, investigate, and solve technical and business problems

???? Business & Communication Skills

• Strong negotiation skills to balance multiple business needs
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance for HSSE applications
• Experience with IRIS, OneCSR, or CTM is an advantage

✔ Travel Requirement – Up to 10% travel expected
