Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Participate in onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing events and workshops.
• Maintain and update HR databases with employee records and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR managers to address employee queries and concerns.
• Assist in compliance and reporting tasks, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of HR policies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility may be required during peak recruitment periods or events.
