Job Overview

This is a remote Holiday Sales role catering exclusively to female candidates. You’ll be assisting customers with Cruise packages—from answering queries to finalizing bookings.

Key Skills Required

• Travel Sales / Hotel Sales / Cruise Sales / Hospitality Sales / Holiday Sales experience

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and passionate about sales

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and web queries from customers

• Understand customer requirements in detail and suggest appropriate cruise packages

• Assist in finalizing and booking packages via CRM and company website

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey

• Undergo 4–7 days of training in Sales, Product Knowledge, Process, and Tools

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in Sales / Service / Travel / Hospitality sectors

• Availability to work from home at least 24 days a month

• Own laptop, broadband connection, and smartphone

• A quiet and professional working environment at home
