Key Responsibilities:

✔ Sales & Client Handling

• Understand customer preferences and provide customized holiday packages.

• Handle inquiries, explain tour details, and convert leads into sales.

✔ Itinerary Planning & Customization

• Design international holiday packages tailored to client budgets.

• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and tour operators.

✔ Market Research & Strategy

• Stay updated on global travel trends and new destinations.

✔ Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Address concerns related to bookings, cancellations, and changes.

• Provide travel assistance before, during, and after trips.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback for service improvement.

✔ Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate client records and booking details.

Requirements:

???? Experience: Minimum 1+ years in international tours and holiday sales
???? Skills:

• Strong sales and communication skills
