Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

• Understand clients' preferences, budgets, and travel requirements to recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel experiences.
• Customize holiday packages to meet clients' specific needs and expectations.

Booking and Coordination

• Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to confirm bookings and ensure accuracy.
• Process payments, issue tickets, and provide necessary travel documents.

Customer Support

• Provide pre-travel assistance and respond to clients' queries promptly.
• Address issues or changes during the trip, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain a high standard of service.

Sales and Upselling

• Promote travel packages, special deals, and additional services like travel insurance and guided tours.
• Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into bookings.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Market Research and Updates

• Stay updated on latest travel trends, destination highlights, and visa requirements.
• Gather client feedback to improve services and offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
???? Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the travel industry or a customer-facing role.
???? Knowledge:
✔ Familiarity with travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
✔ Strong destination knowledge and expertise in travel coordination.
