Key Responsibilities

???? Work closely with clients to solve complex banking challenges using your domain expertise and consulting skills.
???? Conduct in-depth analysis to determine the best approach for process improvement, system enhancement, user training, and software procurement.
???? Gather data through research, interviews, and surveys, analyze business processes, and prepare reports and presentations.
???? Evaluate costs, benefits, and potential obstacles of solutions, and implement strategic plans.
???? Conduct business readiness assessments and ensure successful project implementation using best practices.

???? Qualifications:
???? MBA from a Top Business School

???? Experience: 3-8 years in:
✅ Top strategy, management, or technology consulting firms OR
✅ Analytics firms for banks or financial services companies

???? Domain Knowledge in Banking Operations:
???? Middle-office & back-office processes across retail banking, corporate banking, and wealth management
???? Assessing current operational processes and developing target-state operating models
???? Business process reengineering, process modeling, and process mining
???? Experience in agile projects within a fast-paced environment

???? Technical Skills & Tools:
???? Desirable: Hands-on experience with tools like Celonis, BluePrism, Pega, Aris, ServiceNow
???? Certifications: Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
