As part of the Banking practice within the Strategy & Consulting Global Network, you will act as a strategic partner, enabling banks and payment providers to take bold steps to be future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients on complex business challenges, leveraging your domain knowledge and consulting skills.
• Conduct analysis and process improvements to drive business transformation.
• Gather insights through research, interviews, and surveys, analyzing business processes and presenting actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions, ensuring successful implementation.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to execute project management activities.
• Conduct business readiness assessments and follow best practices to drive successful project implementation.

Key Skills & Experience

• 4-15 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or analytics for banks and financial services.
• Experience in delivering complex transformation programs in banking.
• Strong understanding of card processes, including:
  • Issuing, acquiring, transaction switching, lending, and various card types (credit, debit, prepaid, forex, payroll, digital wallets, etc.).
  • Card networks (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard) and card processors.
  • Card Management solutions such as VisionPlus, TSYS PRIME, etc.
  • Card personalization, chargebacks, merchant blocking, scheme reporting, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Knowledge of digital payments technologies and the latest industry trends.
• Experience with RFx responses, client proposals, and solution evaluation.
• Strong analytical and writing skills to create industry insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Cross-cultural competence to thrive in a dynamic, global work environment.
