✅ Work closely with clients to solve complex banking challenges through digital transformation.
✅ Conduct business process analysis and recommend strategic solutions.
✅ Evaluate core banking modernization strategies, including core-to-cloud migration and core deconstruction.
✅ Assess core banking vendor solutions for implementation and optimization.
✅ Analyze client needs and determine the best process improvements, system enhancements, and software solutions.
✅ Conduct research, interviews, and surveys to understand business pain points and develop innovative solutions.
✅ Provide recommendations on core banking target operating models for a lean digital core.
✅ Work on projects involving Thought Machine, Mambu, and other lean digital cloud-native core banking solutions.
✅ Ensure banking architecture transformation (BIAN, cloud adoption, and peripheral system integration).
✅ Conduct business readiness assessments and ensure best practices in project implementation.
✅ Review core banking application landscapes, covering digital channels, business process layers, and core applications.
✅ Engage in regulatory compliance assessments to align banking solutions with industry standards.
✅ Work closely with internal teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
✅ Provide training and coaching to Relationship Managers (RMs) on banking strategies.
✅ Collaborate with global banking leaders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
