Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Game Publisher to collaborate with third-party developers, manage game development projects, and oversee marketing, licensing, and distribution. If you have a passion for gaming, project management, and brand building, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

???? Game Selection & Development:

• Identify and choose games developed by third-party studios for publishing.
• Recruit and support internal & external development teams.
• Acquire film and other intellectual property licenses for game development.

???? Project & Budget Management:

• Handle significant budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Plan and oversee the entire game development cycle from concept to launch.
• Provide technical & production support, including localization & porting.

???? Marketing & Branding:

• Develop and build game brands, ensuring strong market positioning.
• Promote, advertise, and distribute published games.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and customer support.

???? Community & Online Support:

• Manage live game operations, community engagement, and content updates.
• Provide ongoing technical & customer support.

Requirements

✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management within the gaming industry.
✔ Game Industry Knowledge: Understanding market trends, platforms, and player preferences.
✔ Project Planning & Execution: Ability to plan, manage, and track game development pipelines.
✔ Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of game branding & audience engagement.
✔ Licensing & Legal Knowledge: Understanding of copyright laws & licensing agreements.
✔ Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills for working with developers, stakeholders & teams.
