Within FBT, the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team plays a vital role in driving process standardization, data compliance, and operational excellence through advanced analytics and digitization.

About the Role

As Senior Analyst – Analytics & Digitization (FP&A), you will be responsible for delivering technical and process support to FP&A and business teams. You will act as a critical liaison between business functions and digital technology teams, ensuring that finance transformation aligns with global standards and delivers business value.

This role may require working in alternate shifts to align with EST or Asia-Pacific time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• ???? Support & Issue Resolution: Provide technical support, process training, and resolve issues or escalate as needed.

• ???? Agile Delivery: Apply Agile methodologies for identifying problems, managing projects, and delivering digital solutions.

• ???? Collaboration: Partner with FP&A teams, the Data Office, and technical stakeholders to support product development and issue resolution.

• ???? Process Improvement: Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on findings and experience.

• ???? Data Governance: Ensure safe data practices and support business data governance in line with global metrics, KPIs, and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

???? Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or related discipline

• Preferred: MBA, CA, ICWA or equivalent

???? Experience:

• Minimum 14+ years in technical system implementations, data and process design in an Oil & Gas context

• Experience working in complex, global, and matrixed organizations

Technical Skills & Expertise

• ✅ Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps

• ✅ Knowledge of data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau

• ✅ Strong grasp of Data Ownership, Architecture, and Governance

• ✅ Hands-on experience in AWS environments

• ✅ Project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies

• ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• ✅ Understanding of business MI and reporting metrics
