As a Financial Market Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering FX & Derivatives products to existing relationships while leveraging these connections to expand the market share of treasury products. You will also play a crucial role in developing new client acquisitions and providing risk management solutions.
✅ Client Engagement & Treasury Solutions
✔️ Partner with Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Non-Resident, and Retail FX customers through Retail Branches & Relationship Managers (RMs)
✔️ Expand client coverage by offering tailored Treasury & Derivatives products
✔️ Understand client risk exposures and suggest cost-efficient hedging structures
✅ Sales & Business Development
✔️ Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients in FX & Derivatives business
✔️ Drive market penetration and ensure business targets are met
✔️ Encourage digitized delivery of Treasury products for improved client engagement

✔️ Strong understanding of FX Derivatives, Equity Sales & Trade Finance
✔️ Ability to analyze market risks & hedging strategies

✔️ Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships
✔️ Work closely with internal teams to drive cross-selling opportunities

✔️ Keep up with market trends, regulatory changes & industry developments
✔️ Proactively identify new business opportunities in the Financial Markets sector
???? Graduation: Any Graduate
???? Post-graduation: Any Postgraduate (Preferably MBA from a Premier Institute)
???? 0-2 years of relevant experience in Financial Markets, Treasury, or Trade Finance
???? Aggressive Growth & Expansion in Retail FX & Treasury Business
???? Work with MSMEs, NRIs & Retail FX clients through Strategic Partnerships
