Job Overview

Xpress Health is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to delivering top-quality healthcare services. As we expand, we are seeking a Finance Executive to support our finance department in managing financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
• Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Work with internal departments on cost management, pricing analysis, and financial performance tracking.
• Prepare financial reports for stakeholders and management meetings.
• Ensure timely payments of invoices, salaries, and financial obligations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes and systems.

Requirements

✅ Education: CA Inter completed (Required)
✅ Experience: 2+ years in finance or accounting (Preferably in healthcare/service industry)
✅ Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, data analysis)
  ✅ Soft Skills:
• Attention to detail & accuracy in financial data
• Analytical & problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  ✅ Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare industry finance (not mandatory)
