Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting the team in day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management:

• Manage daily accounting tasks and record transactions accurately using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Generate and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and tracking indirect expenses.

2. Compliance & Auditing:

• Assist in internal audits by reviewing financial records and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Manage GST 2B reconciliation and ensure timely and accurate GST reporting.
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with financial regulations and internal policies.

3. Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Prepare financial reports to assist management in business decision-making and financial planning.
• Collaborate in preparing financial budgets and forecasts.
• Perform ledger reconciliations to maintain consistency and accuracy in financial records.
• Use advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliations.

4. Cross-Departmental Communication:

• Effectively communicate financial data with the finance team and other departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years in accounting or finance.
• Software Proficiency:
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally (Preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Additional Skills:
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Language Requirements:

• English and Hindi (Preferred)
