Job Opening: Field Executive (Health Campaigns)

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Executive to organize and execute Health Camps, Wellness Talks, and Health Talks in residential communities, associations, and clubs. Your role will involve engaging with Apartment Secretaries/Presidents, promoting Senior’s Benefit Health Cards, and ensuring successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Planning

✅ Identify ideal locations for promotional activities
✅ Plan and execute campaigns as per company requirements
✅ Obtain permissions from community leaders to conduct health events
✅ Coordinate campaign schedules and deadlines to ensure smooth execution

Monitoring & Reporting

???? Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
???? Generate reports on engagement, conversion rates, traffic, and ROI
???? Provide insights & recommendations for campaign improvements

Market Research

???? Conduct market research to identify trends and audience insights
???? Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities

Customer Engagement

???? Develop messaging strategies to engage customers and increase brand loyalty
???? Respond to customer inquiries or feedback related to campaigns

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of field experience in conducting Health Talks at apartments, pensioners’ associations, Rotary Clubs, Lions Clubs, and retired people’s welfare associations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel extensively within Chennai
• Familiarity with Chennai locations is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Tamil (preferred)
• Valid Driving License (preferred)
