• Position: Digital Marketing Executive & Social Media Executive
• Location: Delhi, India (In-person)

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Up to ₹40,000 for experienced candidates)
• Experience Required:
  • Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required)
  • Social Media Strategy: 2 years (Required)
• Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities

✅ Content Creation & Management

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new and innovative content ideas.

✅ Social Media Engagement & Strategy

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance online presence.
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics, user engagement, and audience feedback.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies.

✅ Campaign Management & Analytics

• Support the development of social media campaigns and track their performance.
• Analyse and report on social media metrics and insights.
• Utilize tools like Google AdWords, YouTube, and social media analytics for campaign optimization.

✅ Design & Video Editing (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage.
