Job Responsibilities

As an HR Support Associate, you will handle various tasks, including:

• Taking calls and responding to inquiries from APAC/UK regions.
• Managing tickets and email communications for APAC/UK employees.
• Preparing arrangement letters and handling all letters for APAC/UK.
• Addressing queries related to PF, insurance, contracts, and personal investigations.
• Conducting trama center checks and background verification.
• Managing mat/pat (maternity/paternity) cases for APAC/UK regions.
• Generating reports and collaborating with vendors for PF and insurance-related questions.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in HR-related roles.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities and manage workload effectively.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Experience supporting a remote workforce or working in a shared service environment.
