Job Summary

Expatiate Communications is seeking dedicated psychologists to be trained as ERMHS (Educationally Related Mental Health Services) psychologists. This role involves assisting children with their academic and career growth through home visits, in-person services, and web-based Tele-Health via a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide ERMHS services in home, clinical, and community settings
✅ Read EEG maps and develop z-score protocols
✅ Conduct educational psychosocial assessments, including administration & scoring
✅ Perform verbal behavior/language assessments
✅ Develop individualized treatment plans, including goals, objectives, and interventions
✅ Monitor client progress and provide regular updates
✅ Consult and collaborate with schools, daycare centers, medical professionals, and pediatric disciplines
✅ Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with session documentation, treatment plans, and authorizations
✅ Maintain excellent customer engagement skills

Special Requirements

???? Travel Required: This is a field-based role where candidates will treat clients at their homes or other locations
???? Training Provided: Candidates will receive training in required protocols
???? Equipment Requirement: Candidates must have their own testing batteries and a suitable laptop
???? EEG Equipment Lease: All candidates are required to lease portable EEG equipment from the company for the duration of employment
