This role focuses on building and expanding the Equities Broking, PMS & Advisory business to achieve leadership in the region. The incumbent will work closely with the SCB segment/channel teams, coach RMs and Wealth Specialists, and ensure customer engagement through personalized investment solutions.

???? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Business Growth & Client Acquisition

• Build and expand Equities Broking, PMS & Advisory business.
• Drive referrals through SCB segment/channel teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Provide market insights & house views to SCB channels.

✅ Client Relationship Management

• Maintain rapport with customers & SCB stakeholders.
• Provide continuous updates & insights on portfolio performance.
• Ensure customers view SCSI as a value-driven proposition.
• Handhold new SCSI customers and provide a seamless experience.

✅ Sales & Operational Excellence

• Oversee customer transactions and ensure a smooth investment journey.
• Achieve business targets while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory norms.
• Maintain audit readiness & operational risk management.

✅ People & Leadership Development

• Coach RMs & Wealth Specialists on investment ideas & processes.
• Integrate into the Priority/Wealth Segment across SCB branches.
• Support CSR initiatives and company-wide efforts.

✅ Ethical Responsibilities

• Act with integrity & honesty in all business dealings.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical responsibility.
• Continuously upgrade skills & contribute to a culture of learning & development.

???? Education:

• Graduation & MBA (Finance preferred).
• NSE Derivative Certificate – Mandatory.
