Job Overview:

As a Partner Travel Consultant at Amex GBT, you’ll join a highly talented team focused on providing exceptional service to our corporate business clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Coordination:
  • Assist and arrange travel for corporate clients, both individuals and groups.
  • Advise clients on travel options including air, road, rail, and accommodations.
• System Utilization:
  • Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to facilitate bookings and ensure accuracy.
• Policy Compliance:
  • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with clients' travel policies, service provider guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Support:
  • Handle inquiries and special client requests with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Use effective telephone techniques to address client needs.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with your team to provide support, share insights, and offer feedback for continuous improvement in service quality.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in call centers or customer support is preferred.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web browsing, and clearing browser cookies.
  • High proficiency in English (spoken, written, listening, and reading).
  • A passion for delivering excellence in customer service.
  • Effective communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and openness to feedback.
• Flexibility:
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening shifts (8 am - 9 pm), weekends, and holidays, as part of our 24/7 Voyager Care team.
