Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Maintain and manage the email marketing calendar for timely campaign delivery.

• Campaign Development:

  • Create compelling email sequences, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups.
  • Design visually appealing and mobile-responsive email templates that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Targeting & Personalization:

  • Segment email lists to target specific audiences and personalize messages for maximum impact.

• Performance Analysis:

  • A/B test email content and design elements to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

• Platform Management:

  • Manage and maintain email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

• Collaboration & Integration:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate email campaigns with other marketing channels.
  • Keep up-to-date with email marketing trends and developments.

• Automation & Workflow Optimization:

  • Develop, execute, and enhance automated email workflows, including triggered and drip campaigns.
  • Utilize platform features to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations
• Proven experience in developing and executing email marketing automation strategies
• Expertise in building complex automated workflows with conditional logic
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
